FUN TECHNIQUE: INTERLOCKING FRAMELITS

I have a really fun technique to show you today.  It's called "Interlocking Framelits," and it's a very fun way to use Stampin' Up!'s new dies.  Since the Framelits come with nesting sizes, they are perfect for the "interlocking" technique!  As you can tell from my project, I chose to use two different colors of card stock, but you can just as well perform this technique using one color.
In the picture below, you can see how the die-cut shapes were adhered to the gatefold card so they would interlock, making it easy to open and close the card.
And, of course, the picture below shows the card opened a little wider.
Stampin' Up! products used to create this card include Very Vanilla, Real Red, and Pool Party card stock, "Attic Boutique" designer paper, "Apothecary Art" stamp set, Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details, Heart to Heart punch, "Labels Collection" Framelits dies, Pool Party seam binding, and the Simply Scored scoring tool to create the designer paper rosette in the bottom left corner.
