"MAKE-IT-SNAPPY-MONDAY"

Today's MISM card is dressed up with strips of "Sweet Shop" designer paper, a punched eyelet border, and finished with seam binding.  What's really nice about this card design is that it can be pretty much assembled with leftovers and scraps.  All products used to create this card are from Stampin' Up!
