This is a
framed Decor Elements monogram that I made for a friend who has a new home and a birthday today. I put the Decor Elements vinyl on the glass and then created a designer paper background behind the glass. What I most like about this project is that the paper can be changed at any time to coordinate with the home decor or a holiday!
