Just wanted to share yet another "Garden from the Heart" creation. Other Stampin' Up! products featured on this card include the Scallop Trim Border punch, "Whimsical Words" stamp set, and ribbon. Watercolor Wonder Crayons and a blender pen were used to color the hat image.
