PICKETS, SCALLOPS, AND TULIPS

Although it's sleeting outside, I  have tulips and Springtime in my stamp room!  How cute is this????  Yes, I know the card needs ribbon or something, but I haven't decided what to add.  Once again, I used Stampin' Up!'s "A Flower for all Seasons" stamp set, but that cute scalloped border is from "Eggcoutrements" (found in the "Occasions" mini catalog).  For the picket fence, I used the new Jewelry tag punch.  Don't you just love versatility in a product????  What you may not notice is that all of the layers (from the stamped basket to the Orchid Opulence mat) are adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The image was colored with Watercolor Pencils and a blender pen.
