This is a project ensemble that I designed last April for Craft Project Central, and I am still using the tissue cover and postage stamp dispenser in my stamp room! Did you get the instructions for this ensemble when it was posted last April? If you didn’t and you’d like to, you’ll want to subscribe to April 2013 before it is deleted from the site on April 1st, to make room for April 2014 projects!
