THINKING OF FALL

I normally tend to stay within the realm of "lifelike" colors, but I recently saw a similar project that used these colors for a Fall card and loved it. This was such an easy card to make, and it has no sentiment, which makes it ready to go for just about any occasion. The colors I used are Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango, and Tempting Turquoise. To create a landscape of hills and valleys, I used Stampin' Up!'s "Cutter Kit." The cutting tool in this kit just glides through card stock like a knife through butter! All images are from the "Forest Friends" stamp set.

This is one of the most recent stamp kits I've purchased. I need to get a pack of the assorted new In Colors. Will be in touch separately. . .
